Everyone can see at the meeting room whether it is free and when the next meeting starts. The appointments come from your calendar, and an overview shows all rooms on one screen.

It ends the knocking and checking and shows which rooms are free right now.

A 10-inch signboard with built-in light strips shows the status from a distance; one version fits a flush-mounted box.
Your calendar
Microsoft, Google or Apple: you enter the room’s calendar address in the template, and the display updates at regular intervals.

What does the room display need from our calendar?
The calendar address (sharing link) of each room. You enter it once in the template.
Does the room display run on other screens too?
Yes. The template runs on any screen with AIO Player, not only on the signboard with light strips.
Which other applications are there?
All of them run with AIO Player and are maintained in AIO Hub. Ready-made products such as KAS Control or Decide with Light are listed on the overview.
