Queue calling system
KAS Control: calling waiting customers in clinics, public offices and customer service
People take a number at a kiosk or via QR code, can book an appointment in advance and are called on a wall display, by announcement and on their phone. Hosted by Kapaso in Germany or on your own server.
Product advice at the shelf
Decide with Light: product advice with light on the shelf
Customers answer a few questions on a touchscreen, then the matching products light up on the shelf. Everything is maintained in the browser with DWL Studio.
Feedback terminal
Smile-O-Mat: feedback by smiley with a single tap
Guests rate on site with a smiley or a star. You see the results in the browser, with distribution, time period and CSV export.
Advertising sales
DOOH Hub: selling advertising time on screens
Screen networks offer their ad screens in the portal, advertisers book local advertising, and every play is documented. Your own content system stays in place.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I find the AIO customer calling system?
We now offer queue calling as KAS Control, with ticket numbers from a kiosk or via QR code, calls on a wall display, by announcement and to the phone. You will find all the details at kascms.de.
Can I combine several solutions?
Yes. Screens for queue calling, advice, information and advertising can be planned in one concept. We will advise you which combination fits the way you work.
How much does a solution cost?
KAS Control, Decide with Light, Smile-O-Mat and DOOH Hub have their own prices, listed on their websites. Applications with AIO Player such as info kiosks or room displays are put together according to scope; the price is available on request.
Do you also supply the hardware?
Yes. We supply or source kiosks, signboards, displays, ticket dispensers and other devices. Hardware on request, net, plus VAT.
