What do you use to design content for your screens?
Stage Builder. You drag text, images, videos and live data freely onto a stage the size of your screen, without graphics software and without programming. Finished designs go to your team as templates with fields.

How do branches keep content current without spoiling the design?
With templates. Your head office or agency sets the fonts, colours and layout; the branch only enters price and text, even on a phone. Once published, AIO Player plays the new version.
Which files can AIO Player show?
Images, videos, web pages, PDF files and widgets (.wgt). AIO Hub converts Word, Excel and PowerPoint files into PDF automatically on upload.

Can one screen show several things at once?
Yes. You split the screen into zones, for example a video on the left, offers on the right and a ticker at the bottom. Each zone plays its own playlist, and schedules decide what runs in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening.
Can you design the content for us?
Yes, if you wish. We turn your ideas into drafts, build templates in your corporate design from them and set up playlists and schedules. After that, your staff maintain the content themselves, or we keep it up to date for you.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need graphics software?
No. In Stage Builder you design directly in the browser. Anyone who only swaps content fills in a template and needs no design tool at all.
What is the difference between Stage Builder and AIO Hub?
AIO Hub manages screens, playlists and schedules. Stage Builder is the editor you use to design content and templates. It is included in AIO Hub and also available on its own.
Can branches change content on a phone?
Yes. Templates can be filled in in the browser, including on a smartphone. The design stays locked.
How quickly does a change appear on the screen?
At the player’s next check. You set how often it checks for each device. For devices on mobile data, you can move large files to the night.
